Dr. Edward Bach created an emergency combination of five flower remedies - Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clementis.

The Rescue Remedy combines these five Bach Flower Remedies and can be used to help you cope with immediate everyday situations such as going to the dentist, interviews, making a complaint or wedding day nerves. It can also help in times of crisis or trauma such as bereavement, a relationship breakdown or a change in work circumstances.

You can take the Rescue Remedy as often as needed. If you are in a bit of a crisis, you may only need one dose, but if you've been feeling the same way for some time you can take them as long as you need to.

For multiple use, add 4 drops of Rescue Remedy in a glass of water or juice and sip at intervals, take at least 2-4 times a day.

If necessary, the Rescue Remedy can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed into the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

As Bach Flower Remedies are preserved in alcohol, kindly test for alcohol intolerant before any use, by putting one or two drops of the remedies on sensitive area of the skin.

Dr. Bach also formulated the Rescue Cream, containing a blend of six flower remedies.The Rescue Cream is a general skin salve to soothe and restore. Containing a blend of six flower remedies, it lets you apply cream externally and moisturises rough, dry skin to restore it to its natural good condition. It is suitable for skin conditions eg. bruises, cuts, abrasion, skin problem. It is a good cream for face especially for pimples and moisturing in cold and dry weather, or as a general moisturiser.
