CURRENT PROJECT: E-11, F-6 & F-23 Rejuvenation Project
I recently started a new assignment with Sarawak Shell in Miri, Malaysia as a Multi-discipline Commissioining Team Leader, mid August 2003. I am working on a major offshore brown field project on E-11, F-23 & F-6 gas complex's that is scheduled to end on the last quarter of 2007.
I have recently completed a 6 years+ assignment in Brunei with BSP. For the last 3 years I was seconded to the AFR Project. This is a major brown field project as outline in the overview below. I have recently been in Italy for the yard testing (on town gas) of two new GE Nuovo Pignone turbocompressor trains which include a PGT-25 (LM 2500) gas turbine and a 2BCL 807 centrifugal compressor Modules. The modules are stand alone design with their own fuel gas and nitrogen skids as well as LCR. The modules are scheduled for offshore HUC in Brunei to commence September 2003.
Last year I was involved in the new Onshore Compression Plant at Lumut, Brunei. At the heart of this plant are 3 x 27 MW compressors. Each GE Nuovo Pignone turbocompressor train included an MS5002 C (Frame 5) gas turbine, a BCL 608 centrifugal compressor, a heat recovery steam generator and gas coolers.
