A hybrid from Teochew Bak Chang - usually eaten on Dragonboat Festival during the 5th Chinese Lunar Month but now on available whole year round

 

With marinated pork, mushroom, dried prawns and chestnut 160gm $1.20
add salted egg yolk and tau sar 200gm $1.50
