Kada is the one who look into the fact that there is a dragon sealed within the left eye of Shimei Ryomou and tries to do something about it. The eye patch that helped suppress its prowess is provided by him. He seems to know about the war between Toushis.

Four years ago, Ryomou came to see him regarding this matter. Kada is surprised that Ryomou is still in a good physical state as the dragon's entry into a normal Toushi's body could have disabled him for good. He is certain that the dragon has accustomed itself within Ryomou's body with one of its organs shaped into a dragon. He regarded the left eye as evil, emitting an aura of hatred, regret and anger developed from her historical character who has died miserably. The eye patch is used to control that evil eye.
