How To Order
1. You can either complete mail order form or fax/email to TomoRich Trading. We will confirm yours order by phone and make arrangement for delivery.
2. If you choose to view the actual items first, you are always welcome to come down to our showroom-cum-retail shop to take a look.
Payment
* For Lamp order, 50% deposit must accompany the mail order. Delivery will be within 12 working days. Balance to be paid in cash upon delivery
* For fountain order, delivery will be within 3 days. It will be cash on delivery.
* If you wish to pay by cheque, only cash cheques are accepted.
* Special arrangement can be made if there is a request is for purchased item to be sent overseas.
Warranty Period
TomoRich Trading will ensure that all items are delivered in perfect working condition. All items delivered are guaranteed for a period of 14 days against any manufacturing defect. A new replacement will be made if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered item.
